User Guide

1. Product Selection Please select the product you want to purchase. You will then be able to view the product details.

2. Once you have decided which items to add to your cart, enter the quantity and press the "Add to Cart" button.
Once all the items you want are in your cart, please check the items on the cart screen and proceed to [Purchase].
*At this point, the product has not yet been reserved. Your order will be confirmed once an "order number" is issued on the order completion screen.

3. Enter your customer information [Contact information]
Please enter your email address.
*Order confirmation and shipping notifications will only be sent by email. Please be careful not to enter your email address incorrectly.

【delivery】
Please enter your name, address, and phone number.
*Please double check that you have entered the correct address and room number.

【payment】
Please enter your credit card information.
*The billing address field will be displayed, but please check [Use shipping address as billing address].
Even if you uncheck [Use shipping address as billing address] and enter your billing address, we will not send you an invoice.

Please carefully check the details you entered for [Contact Information], [Delivery], and [Payment], then press the [Pay Now] button.

4. Order completed
The order completion screen will be displayed, so please print it out or make a note of it.
Please make sure to keep your order number as it will be required when you contact us.
In addition, we will send an order completion email to the email address you entered as support information.
*If you do not receive an email, it may be because the email address you entered is incorrect or you have domain-specific reception settings.
