How to apply for overseas shipping
STEP 1 Obtain your exclusive shopping address from "tenso.com"
Access the "tenso.com" banner link at the bottom of this page and register for a free membership with "tenso.com." Your exclusive shopping address will be displayed on the membership registration completion page.
STEP 2 Ship your products to "tenso.com"
When purchasing products from the Keroro Fan Club Store (Guest Exclusive), please register the exclusive shopping address issued by "tenso.com" as your delivery address. Your ordered products will be shipped to "tenso.com."
STEP 3 Ship products overseas (to your address)
Once your products arrive at "tenso.com," you will be notified of the international shipping fees. Please make the payment to "tenso.com."
Our store is intended for sales within Japan, and therefore, we do not conduct inspections or issue documentation based on overseas safety standards (such as those of the US CPSC).
