How to apply for overseas delivery
STEP 1: Obtain a shopping address exclusive to "tenso.com" customers
Please access the "tenso.com" banner link at the bottom of this page and register for a free "tenso.com" membership. Your personal shopping address will be displayed on the membership registration completion page.
STEP 2: Ship the product to "tenso.com"
When purchasing products at the Keroro Fan Club Store (guests only), please register the shopping address issued to you by "tenso.com" as your shipping address. Your ordered products will be shipped to "tenso.com".
STEP 3 Shipping to your overseas address
Once the product arrives at "tenso.com", you will be notified of the international shipping fee, which you can then pay via "tenso.com".
