Notice of New Year's holiday closure

Due to the New Year holidays, operations related to mail order, such as product shipping and inquiry responses, will be handled according to the following schedule:

■Shipping Schedule
Product shipping operations will be suspended from Tuesday, December 30, 2025, to Monday, January 5, 2026.

Orders for which payment is confirmed by Tuesday, December 23, 2025, will be shipped by Monday, December 29. Orders for which payment is confirmed on or after Wednesday, December 24, 2025, will be shipped sequentially starting from Tuesday, January 6, 2026, so please allow more time than usual.
*For pre-order items and items with a specified shipping date, shipping will follow the information provided on the website.
*The payment date is not the same as the payment confirmation date. It takes several days for payment to be confirmed, so please make your payment with ample time.

■Inquiry Response Schedule
Inquiry operations regarding mail order will be suspended from Saturday, December 27, 2025, to Monday, January 5, 2026.

If you send an inquiry by email during the holiday period, responses will be handled sequentially starting from Tuesday, January 6, 2026, so please allow more time than usual. Please also note that depending on the nature of the inquiry, it may take approximately 7 business days (about 7 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for a reply.
